Before you check in.
Is hosting compulsory?
No. Use your own compatible hosting or choose our optional hosting at R199 per month.
Is VAT added?
No VAT is charged on the advertised Innkeeper prices.
Can I pay in dollars, pounds or euros?
Billing is in South African rand. USD, GBP and EUR displays are indicative conversions only. Your bank may use a different rate and charge fees.
Do you connect live to booking channels?
Innkeeper supports iCal calendar feeds. It does not provide live OTA rate distribution. Booking requests require staff approval.
Can you help us move?
Tell us about your property and current setup. We will quote setup and migration separately.
Can I see it before deciding?
Yes. Send us your property details and we will arrange a demonstration.
